Admissions Procedure - Updated April 13, 2005

Application Process:

1. Because class size is limited to 15 students, families are encouraged to apply early.
2. An application should be filled out and submitted to the school office. Applications can be downloaded by clicking here. Only one application per family is necessary.
   
3. An application fee of $150 is required. The application fee will be waived if student applications are received on or before March 30, 2005.

Interview/Acceptance Process:

1. Parents submit an enrollment application with the $150 per family non refundable application fee.
   
2. An interview and student testing will be scheduled within 7 days of receipt of your application.
   
3. The Headmaster will interview both parents.
   
4. Students are required to take a grade placement test at this time, usually during the same time as the parent interview.
   
5. The Headmaster will make a final recommendation to the Board concerning the acceptance of the student(s).
   
6. Upon Board approval of Headmaster's recommendation the parents will be notified within 2 - 3 weeks whether or not their child(ren) has been accepted.
   
7. Once parents receive notification of acceptance, they have 30 days to do the following:
   
   1. Sign and return the Parent-Academy Covenant. (See Parent-Academy Covenant in appendix of Parent-Student Handbook)
      
   2. Send in the 1st tuition payment.

Once the following has taken place your child(ren) will be considered enrolled:

• 1st tuition payment is received
• Signed Parent/Academy Covenant is received
• 10-day withdrawal period has expired

Post enrollment information:

After acceptance and enrollment, you will receive:

1. School uniform information
2. School calendar
3. Parent/Teacher Fellowship information
4. Parent/Student Handbook
5. Other pertinent information pertaining to your child's successful transition into Stratford Classical Christian Academy
