Ralph Cochran – President
Mr. Cochran is a founding Board Member of Stratford Classical Christian Academy (SCCA) since its inception in 2000 when Rev. Martin L. Dawson Sr. asked him to start the Academy. He has played an integral part in the strategic planning and implementation for SCCA during its start up years. He continues his service to this day in the overall strategic development of the Academy in operations, marketing, and finance, working with the headmaster, treasurer, and other board members to promote and grow SCCA. Mr. Cochran also is co-founder and CEO of Dominion Ventures LLC, a commercial investment and property management firm that currently owns over $30 million of commercial and residential real estate located in Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He has served on the board of a 700-member real estate investment club in Southern New Jersey, and was an instructor and mentor at the American Real Estate Investors Institute, helping new investors get started in real estate investing. He has made guest TV and Radio appearances and lectured on various occasions on the topic of real estate investing. He was graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Theology. He serves as a Deacon and Trustee for Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church, and is married with 4 children and one on the way. His oldest son attends Kindergarten at SCCA with his siblings soon to enroll.

James Luchs – Vice President & Treasurer
Mr. Luchs has served as Treasurer for SCCA since 2005. He has played a substantive role in managing the cashflow and building financial systems to more efficiently manage SCCA. He works closely with the headmaster to make certain the budget is managed effectively. Mr. Luchs is a co-founder and the Executive Vice President of Finance of Dominion Ventures LLC, a commercial investment and property management firm that currently owns over $30 million of commercial and residential real estate located in Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer with over 21 years of experience in engineering and management. Mr. Luchs holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and a Naval Engineer’s Degree from MIT. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a lieutenant commander. Mr. Luchs served as President and CFO and board member for a healthcare technology company, both full-time for two years and part-time for seven years. He has served as a Ruling Elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church for 10 years. Currently he works full-time as the manager of Global Plant Web Services for Emerson Process Management, and is directly responsible for Plant Web Services field operations and all PWS Engineers and Project Managers in North America, with dotted line responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMA), Latin America and Asia Pacific. Currently he serves as an Elder, Trustee, and Treasurer for Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church, and is married with 3 children. His wife is the Kindergarten teacher at SCCA.

David Lundberg- Board Clerk
Mr. Lundberg faithfully serves as clerk (secretary) for the SCCA Board. By providing this invaluable service, he helps the board with accurate record keeping as it grows a quick rate. Mr. Lundberg is employed as a professional draftsman for an architectural firm located in Medford NJ. He has assisted in conceptual designs and planning as it relates to the long term strategic planning of SCCA. In addition, Mr. Lundberg is Clerk of Trustees and Deacons at Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
